Delivery time = Order processing time + Shipping time (varies depending on delivery area)

How to check delivery status
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number .
  • A tracking number will usually be sent automatically within 24 hours after shipping . (Please note that shipping may be delayed on public holidays and weekends as the warehouse is closed.)
  • It may take 48 to 72 hours for the shipping information to be updated.
  • In the unlikely event that you are unable to confirm the tracking information, please contact customer support and we will respond within 2 business days .
