4.
Does the small size VELO suitcase meet all airline carry-on baggage standards?
The dimensions of the VELO suitcase's "Small" size meet carry-on standards of major airlines.
However, standards may vary depending on the airline and route, so be sure to check the airline's regulations before departure to see whether you can actually carry it on board.
5.
When I lock my suitcase with the TSA lock, is it normal for one side of the suitcase to slide up and down?
Yes, that's normal.
To achieve expandability, some suitcases feature a sliding structure.
To allow the extension feature to operate smoothly, there may be a slight gap in the sliding parts, but please rest assured that this will not affect the stability or durability of the entire suitcase.
6.
Is it okay to sit on my suitcase?
We do not recommend sitting on the suitcase as this puts strain on the expansion features and may cause them to become damaged or deformed.
7.
There are no handles on the top or sides of the suitcase, so how would you lift or carry it?
There are no visible handles on the top or sides because the handles are integrated into the suitcase body, keeping the design beautiful.
When you press the handle button, a handle will pop out, allowing you to easily lift the suitcase.
This pop-up handle has passed over 1,000 impact tests and is just as durable as a conventional handle.
The suitcase also has a grip design at the bottom that allows you to hold it with your hands, making it easy to carry and load into a car.
8.
How will airport staff attach luggage tags if my suitcase doesn't have a handle?
1. When you press the handle button, the handle will pop out. When airport staff attaches the baggage tag, they will need to pop out the handle first and then attach the baggage tag.
2. After attaching the luggage tag, return the handle to its original position and ensure it is securely locked before checking the luggage.
9.
Do I need to lock the zipper top to the suitcase body when traveling?
Yes, please make sure to lock the zipper top to the suitcase body.
The suitcase zipper has a unique two-stage design. If it is not completely closed and locked to the suitcase body, the following problems may occur. Therefore, to ensure the safety and structure of the suitcase, be sure to lock the top of the zipper to the suitcase body:
- Baggage falling out or getting lost inside a suitcase
- The zipper or slider breaks on impact, making it difficult to use the item later.
10.
How to open a TSA lock for the first time and set a password
The initial password for your suitcase is "000".
To change your password, follow these steps:
- After entering your PIN, press the reset button (the small hole at the top of the password lock) with a ballpoint pen or similar object.
- When you hear a "click", turn the password dial to set a new password.
- After setting up, slide the unlock button. You will hear a click again and the reset button will return to its original position, meaning the setting is complete.
*Please note that there is no way to reset your PIN if you forget it.
