Warranty Policy

VELO luggage is thoroughly tested to ensure it meets rigorous standards. Therefore, if a problem occurs with your VELO 3-in-1 Expandable Hardside Luggage and the problem is due to a defect in materials or workmanship, VELO will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the warranty below. This warranty is valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase and applies to products manufactured by VELO and purchased directly from veloluggage.jp or an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase (including purchase platform and order number) is required to apply the warranty.

Issues covered :

• Manufacturing Defects : Defects arising from materials or manufacturing processes that affect the functionality of the product.

Exclusions:

• Cosmetic Damage : Scratches, dents, dents, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear (including interior fabrics) and non-functional changes in appearance resulting from normal handling and use.
• Mishandling by the airline : Damage caused by mishandling by the airline.
• Damage due to misuse : Damage caused by abnormal item transportation, accidents, exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, etc.
• Intentional Damage, Alterations, Modifications, or Modifications : Damage caused by intentional damage, alterations, modifications, or changes beyond normal handling or use.

How to make a warranty claim:

If you would like to make a warranty claim, please contact us at hi@veloluggage.jp and our customer service team will guide you through the claims process. Please be prepared to provide your product order number and proof of purchase (showing the purchase date and product details) when submitting your claim.

Claims under the limited warranty must be notified within a reasonable time after the defect becomes apparent and, in any event, before the end of the warranty period.

Legal Rights:

This warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights. In addition to the rights described herein, your state or country may have different exclusions of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages, and repair and replacement rights, so the limitations or exclusions set forth in this warranty may not apply to you.
